Ingredients

1kg Organic Fresh or Frozen peas

1 tablespoon Vegetable Bouillon Powder

1 pint of Homemade Chicken bone broth or a good quality stock cube

Squeeze of lemon

Optional – Some fresh mint

Here’s what to do

Place all ingredients, except lemon, in a pot and boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Add squeeze of lemon and then liquidise.

Add more liquid to desired consistency. Serve.
